Submitted materials will not be distributed or used outside of The Art Market except as permitted under the applicable Artist Agreement or with explicit additional authorization from the artist. Artist content usage, licensing and promotional rights are governed by a separate Artist Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and the Artist Agreement, the Artist Agreement shall control.

5. Payment Processing

The Art Market uses Squarespace’s built-in payment processing system to securely process transactions made through the website. Payment information is handled directly by Squarespace and its payment partners in accordance with their security and compliance standards.

The Art Market does not store, process or have access to full credit card details or banking credentials.

In addition to Squarespace payment processing, The Art Market may, in its sole discretion, allow alternative payment methods including Zelle, Venmo and ACH direct transfers. These methods are not standard payment options and are used on a case-by-case basis as determined and approved by The Art Market.

When these alternative methods are used, payment information is exchanged directly between the user and The Art Market for the sole purpose of completing the transaction. This information is not used for any marketing or unrelated purpose.

All payment data is used strictly for transaction completion, record keeping, fraud prevention and legally required financial reporting.

6. Data Security
