Original artworks sold through The Art Market come with our 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the artwork is returned in the original condition.
Please note that return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will only accept returns through our original courier, this way neither The Art Market nor the buyer can be held responsible for artwork lost or damaged during the transit process.
In the event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact The Art Market directly within 48 hours of delivery ????? do not sign off on delivery ???
All buyers also receive a 24 hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. If you need to cancel your order within that period, simply contact us directly at contact.theartmarket@gmail.com and we will process your cancellation at no charge.

The Art Market is happy to facilitate and promote custom artworks between artists and buyers.
Because Commissioned work is bespoke, we cannot offer Refunds or Returns but are happy to reconnect you with the artist to rectify any concerns.

Merchandise purchased through The Art Market may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, given the item has been unused and is undamaged.
Items returned unused and undamaged may be exchanged for store credit only with proof of purchase.

Once you have contacted The Art Market to initiate your return, please allow 7-10 business days for our team to review and approve your request. Once your return has been approved and the item has been recieved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that standard bank processing times apply once the refund has been processed on our end. Most refunds appear within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution, though some banks may take up to 10 business days. If you have not seen your refund after that window, we recommend checking with your bank before reaching out to us.
